Scabal is dedicated to providing the highest quality luxury garments; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to your Scabal account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
